2nd Annual Fall Visit from the Campbells
We’ve had a GREAT weekend - the Campbells came up from Florida for their second annual (we hope) FALL visit. The boys started the weekend with a Thursday night Seminole football WIN here in NC. Shelley and I took the kids to dinner and the mall for playtime. Friday we went to the Durham Life and Science Museum; Saturday was a Marbles Kids Museum day with a birthday dinner at home to celebrate all of our birthdays since we were not able to be together on the actual days. Today we had a nice Carolina BBQ lunch and then spent the afternoon at the playground with the kids. Here are two pictures from today. The kids are having a great time seeing each other - as we are getting to spend time with Mike and Shelley! Thank you guys from coming to see us. We love you lots!

Drooly Bug
I couldn’t resist snapping this one of Marley as she wasa peacefully napping (and drooling). Notice the beloved puppy (tucked under her arm) that she calls “Spunky”. She also adopted Macey’s puppy and calls it “Sparky”.

Joy Ride
The girls love to ride on their Barbie Jeep. Thanks to my friend Lisa Grzeszczak who passed this along to us.
The first thing Marley said when she saw this was “Where are my pants Mommy?” That is such a good question!

Our NC Friends
Bryce & I have been very fortunate to meet a family here in NC that we really enjoy spending time with. Funny thing is that they are most recently from FL also (Sanford). I met Aurora playing 2008 winter volleyball at the YMCA - we’ve been hanging out ever since.
Best part is that our kids just adore one another. These pictures are from the last 15 minutes of our evening together - the kids were watching tv. Notice how Macey & Brennan have a thing for one another; and Marley and Ariah click.
